Washington-born Kate Ellwanger, known artistically as dot, has made an indelible mark on the electronic music scene with her forward-thinking production style. Her ever-evolving sound defies genre boundaries, earning her covers on Spotify playlists such as Fresh Finds and Creamy, alongside support on New Music Friday, Apple’s Chilltronics, Amazon’s Breakthrough Electronic, and airplay on BBC Radio 1Xtra.

Committed to amplifying underrepresented voices in music, dot founded Unspeakable Records, a womxn-focused label that has provided many female-identifying artists with their first release. Her leadership in this space earned her a spot on the Recording Academy’s voting committee and a contributing role with MusicCares. Most recently, she has become a top-selling artist in the Web3 space on platforms such as Catalog and Sound.xyz.
